Inglebrook school was started in 1963 by present Principal, Mrs. Joyce Bellamy, with just half-a-dozen three-year-olds.
Over the years the numbers have grown, and now there are nine classes of children aged 2-11.
Mrs Bellamy has been joined by her daughter, Mrs. Gillian Strickleton, as Vice-Principal.
Inglebrook has an impressive academic tradition of which we are justly proud. The children
are successfully prepared for the Entrance Examination at all local Independent Grammar Schools. We can offer help and advice in placing your children in secondary schools best suited to them.
In each classroom a happy working atmosphere prevails. Discipline is both firm and fair.
Small classes ensure a friendly relationship between the teacher and child. The children
have a broad-based timetable.
